How do you source your crystals?
We source as mindfully and thoughtfully as we can, favouring suppliers who are transparent about where their crystals come from.
Crystal supply chains can be complex, so we won’t claim “100% ethical” when we can’t verify every step. We’ll simply ask questions, make informed choices, and be honest about what we know, and what we don’t.
Are your crystals natural?
Yes! We don’t stock synthetic or man-made crystals.
Turns out the Earth is a pretty great artist all on her own.
Will I receive the exact crystal pictured?
If it’s listed as an exact piece, yep! Consider it yours!
For tumbles, bracelets and other group-stock items, colour, pattern and shape will naturally vary. We’ll always make it clear which type of listing you’re buying. These pieces will be intuitively chosen.
Why does my crystal have cracks, lines or little holes?
Nature is weird. We’re big fans.
Crystals can naturally have inclusions, fissures, druzy pockets, uneven surfaces and other quirks. We think this makes them extra special!
How big are your crystals?
Measurements and/or weights will be included in listings wherever practical.
Please check them before ordering! Close-up photography has a habit of making tiny rocks look absolutely enormous.
Do crystals have healing properties?
We love exploring the traditional spiritual and metaphysical associations of crystals, but we don’t make medical claims.

Absolutely! Message us and we’ll help you find something based on your tastes, budget or what you’re looking for.
“I dunno, that one makes my brain happy” is also a completely valid selection method.
How quickly will my order be sent?
For orders within Australia, we strive to have your order packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can obsessively refresh Australia Post like the rest of us.
International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing or other delays outside our control.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and its destination.
Standard shipping is free with orders over $200 within Australia.
International shipping is based on weight and automatically calculated at checkout.

Oh nooo! If your order is damaged, please send us your order number and photos of the item and packaging via email. We’ll help get it sorted.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We comply with Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items. No returns or exchanges will be offered for change of mind.
