Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

We’re a small business and pack every order with care. During busy periods, launches or sales, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll let you know.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your weird little treasures on their journey home.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been lodged.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown by Australia Post are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

While we’ll always do our best to get your order packed and on its way promptly, delays that occur while your parcel is with Australia Post are outside our control.

Delivery Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@weirdrockcoven.com.au. We’ll do our best to update the address if your order hasn’t already been dispatched.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been sent.

Damaged Parcels

We pack our crystals very carefully - geological confetti is not the goal.

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the item and all packaging and contact us via email with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking indicates that your parcel may be lost or there is an unexpected delivery issue, please contact us and we’ll assist with investigating it with Australia Post.

International Shipping 

Weird Rock Coven currently ships within Australia only.

We may expand our shipping options in the future as our little coven grows.
