Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your new weird little treasures. Please choose carefully, as Weird Rock Coven does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes sale and clearance items. However, sale or clearance items are still covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if there is a problem with the product.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or significantly different from its description, please contact us at hello@weirdrockcoven.com.au with your order number and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Please keep any damaged item and its packaging until we’ve had a chance to assess the issue.

Natural variations

Crystals and minerals are natural products, so variations in colour, pattern, size, shape and inclusions are part of their charm.

Natural features such as inclusions, fissures, druzy pockets, uneven surfaces and colour variations are not considered faults where they are natural characteristics of the material and have been accurately represented or described.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
